Pricing: Prices are subject to change without notice. The price at the time of checkout is final.

2. Order Pickup & Donation Policy

Pickup Deadline: All bakery orders must be picked up during the agreed-upon pickup window stated at the time of purchase.

Donation of Unclaimed Orders: Any order not picked up by the close of business on the scheduled pickup date will be donated at our discretion (for example to a local charity or food bank).

No Refunds for Unclaimed Orders: Orders not picked up on time and subsequently donated are not eligible for refund, credit, or replacement.

3. Shipping & Delivery

We may offer shipping or local delivery where available. Shipping and delivery fees, estimated times, and restrictions will be stated during checkout.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or circumstances outside our control.

4. Product Information & Allergens

We strive for accuracy in product descriptions and images, but slight variations in appearance may occur.

Our products are prepared in a kitchen that may handle common allergens such as wheat, dairy, nuts, and eggs. We cannot guarantee that products are allergen-free.

5. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our baked goods, all sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect.
